Manchester 4 piece The Whip, love a party. We saw them last Saturday at he Secret Garden festival, not really knowing exactly what to expect, they opened their electric set with Sister Slam (which you can hear below), the capacity crowd started bouncing and didn't stop til the end.
Bruce Carter and Danny Saville began honing their sounds in a basement in Salford, producing crisp rock and electronica crossover, they were joined by bass player Nathan Sudders and drummer Lil Fee to form what is now the Whip.
Their first single was released on French label Kitsune and now they have released a full album on Southern Fried.
Sister Slam is a single from the Album X Marks the Destination.
