Exposure 14

This weeks Exposure is all about a remix.

We (as in I) are fans of M.I.A. We (as in I again) are also fans of Toronto lo-fi improvisation collective Holy Fuck.

You can barely imagine our (my) delight when i discovered a remix of M.I.A's Paperplanes by the aforementioned Canadians. Holy Fuck have taken what was already a pretty amazing hip hop track and turned it into a piece of multi-layered progressive psychedelica.

M.I.A vocals can just about be heard in the background of what quickly turns into a serving of mental funk bass and wild drumming which is fast becoming typical of this sensational band.

To be honest, its not for everyone, but indulge us just this once....
